Hayden went to his first day of preschool this year today! He is such a big boy. He'll be going 5 days a week from 9 until 12 at a local church. Their program is exactly what I think he needs. They keep the kids busy and have a structured day every day. His teachers seem to be very on top of things and I can't wait to see what he learns this year! We stopped by last Tuesday and he got to see the classroom and meet Mrs. G and Mrs. S, so he knew exactly where he was going this morning. I had the intention of walking him inside, but when I asked if he wanted me to walk with him or if he wanted to go in by himself...he said by himself. So, a little hesitantly, I dropped him in the carpool line and drove off. He didn't seem to care because he didn't even say goodbye to me and was perfectly fine when Dave picked him up! At first, when I got home I wasn't sure what to do, but then I dove right in and got a lot accomplished. I think I'm going to enjoy just having Livee (and Dave, who was snoring in the bed) here for a few hours every day!
